Great Small Tank

Although this tank is small it has great features. I have a betta, 2 african dwarf frogs and 2 glass shrimp in mine. The tank has easily handled this bioload with regular water changes. I have several med. light requirement live plants and the lighting is good enough to keep them healthy and growing. The tank is quiet enough to be in my bedroom without disturbing my sleep. The only complaint I have is that the acrylic scratches relatively easily- you just have to be very careful when cleaning.

Great for Bettas

I purchased the Eclipse 5 gallon hex for my betta and it has turned out to be perfect for him. The current is not to strong so the surface water does not get disturbed. He loves the space and the filtration is keeping him healthy and happy. I purchased a submersable heater for him also. The filtration and the heat have really been great for him.

bathroom. No need for magazines laying around. Just sit on the thrown and enjoy the sight. Works great.

This aquarium is very cute for a Betta habitat. I haven't had any problems with it, although the acrylic is prone to scratching, as with any acrylic tank.
